I meant to answer your question about Thursday before the afternoon got busy.

The short version is yes, I can join the planning session, but I would prefer that we begin a little later so Maya can finish the setup in the studio. If that changes everything, I can still adjust, though a later start keeps the morning less crowded. Also, regarding the seating plan, I think the window side works better for anyone bringing notes because the light is softer there and the screen glare is lower. If you want, I can bring the printed agenda and mark the places with name cards once I arrive.

For lunch, soup and sandwiches still seem easiest since a few people tend to step out between discussions. If anyone needs something lighter, we could add fruit and tea.
