I meant to answer sooner, but the afternoon ended up getting away from me.
I looked over the notes again, and I still think the simplest plan is the best one. If we try to do too much at once, it becomes hard to tell what actually helped. I would rather start with one small routine and keep it steady for a week before changing anything else.
Also, I did remember that thing you asked about with the schedule. Early morning could work, but only if everything is set out the night before. If I leave it until the moment, I know I will drift into something else and lose focus. That always happens when I tell myself I can just wing it.
So yes, I am in favor of keeping it simple, writing it down clearly, and checking in again after a few days to see how it actually felt.

Thank you for being part of Ace Hardware.
I think that makes sense, and I probably would do the same thing in your place.
The tricky part is not getting caught in the idea that everything must be decided immediately. Usually I need an extra day just to sit with the options and notice which one still feels right after the first burst of enthusiasm wears off. That has saved me from a lot of unnecessary frustration.
I also wanted to say that your concern about timing sounded reasonable to me. If the week is already crowded, squeezing in one more commitment can make even a simple plan feel heavier than it needs to. I would rather shift a few things around than pretend I can be in three places at once.
Let me know what you settle on. I am happy to help think it through again, especially if you want a second opinion after you test it once.
