Aaron,

Make no mistake, I am sorry that RDS is dealing with the issue of damaged
lawns. I would not wish this for anyone. But your theory that you were
=E2=80=9Ctargeted=E2=80=9D is, in my opinion, nothing more than your lack o=
f willingness to
accept responsibility for what was very likely a terrible mistake. It seems
to me that rather than face reality you would rather fabricate a scapegoat.
The =E2=80=9Cfacts=E2=80=9D that you rattled off to me on March 5 are only =
a feeble attempt
for you to rationalize your theory. To think you shared this theory with
your customers as an explanation of why their lawn is damaged is laughable
to me, not to mention factually unfounded.

As I reflect back on our conversation from Wednesday March 5 I realize more
and more that it ranks very highly, if not the highest, among the
unprofessional encounters I=E2=80=99ve experienced in my career. I truly ca=
nnot
believe the audacity you had to make an unsolicited call to me and trash
talk my team member.

As you said, this incident never had anything to do with me. But your
actions changed that and unfortunately this is now where we find ourselves.
Going forward I would advise you to concentrate more on your own affairs
rather than mine.
