Costco Wholesale Membership Update
I meant to reply sooner, but the afternoon got away from me and then I decided to take a long walk before sitting back down.
I did test the recipe, and it turned out better the second time once I stopped rushing the timing and let everything rest a bit.
I think the trick is keeping the temperature steady and not checking it every few minutes, because that seemed to make the whole thing uneven.
Also, I finally sorted the bookshelf and found the notebook I mentioned, buried under a pile of old sketch pads and a scarf I forgot I even had.
If you still want it, I can bring it along next time and you can copy whatever notes seem useful.
I am around tomorrow after lunch and again later in the evening, so either window works for me if you want to catch up.

I checked on the plants this morning and the small one by the window finally looks like it decided to cooperate after weeks of giving me attitude.
I moved it a little farther from the glass, turned the pot, and trimmed a couple of dry bits, and somehow that seemed to help right away.
I am also glad you mentioned pacing instead of trying to handle everything in one burst, because that was honestly what made the difference yesterday.
I broke the whole task into smaller pieces, took a short stretch between each one, and it felt less annoying from start to finish.
