Hey there! I finally got around to reading that novel you mentioned last month. You were right – the pacing is a little slow in the middle chapters but the ending really pulls everything together. I stayed up way too late finishing it last night. Also wanted to ask if you have any plans for the long weekend coming up. A few of us were thinking about heading to that park with the trails if the weather holds up. Let me know what you think. I can bring snacks if everyone else handles the drinks. No pressure obviously. Just figured it would be nice to catch up outside for a change instead of always meeting at the same coffee shop. The fresh air might do us good anyway. Oh and before I forget – did you ever get that playlist you were working on finished? I still want a copy when it is ready. No rush at all though. I know you have been busy lately. p5BQttil4D Just let me know about the weekend when you get a moment.

I tried that new sourdough recipe you sent over the weekend and it turned out better than I expected. The crust got really crispy and the inside was soft with those nice air pockets everyone looks for. I think I let it proof a little too long on the second rise but honestly it still tasted great. My kitchen still smells like flour and yeast and I am not mad about it at all. I might try adding some rosemary next time to see how that works with the tanginess. Also I finally fixed that wobbly chair leg in the dining room – just needed a little wood glue and a clamp overnight. Feels solid again which is a relief because I was tired of nearly tipping over every time I leaned back. Anyway just wanted to share those small wins. Let me know if you try the rosemary version and how it goes.
