Thanks for asking about the garden layout. I spent the weekend mapping out the raised beds along the south fence where they will get full sun until late afternoon. I decided to go with a three-tier arrangement so that the tomatoes and peppers can go in the back row while the herbs and greens stay closer to the path for easy harvesting. I picked up some cedar planks from the lumber yard and started assembling the frames yesterday morning. They are roughly four feet by eight feet each which gives enough room to rotate crops next season. I still need to figure out the drip irrigation system because I want to run a line from the spigot behind the garage. The soil tested a bit acidic so I will add a little lime before planting. I think the whole setup should be ready by the weekend after next if the weather holds. Let me know if you want to come by and see the layout before I start filling the beds.

I looked into the car detailing place you mentioned and I think I will go with the mid-tier package that includes the wax and interior wipe down. They said it takes about two hours and I can drop it off on Saturday morning. I also asked about the fabric protection for the seats since the kids tend to spill things in the back. They said it adds another thirty minutes but it is worth it if you want to keep the upholstery looking fresh. I am going to schedule it for next Saturday unless you think the weekend after is better. We could grab lunch while we wait since there is a diner a few blocks from the shop. Let me know what time works for you if you want to join.
