I was thinking about your question this morning, and honestly I would keep it simple at first.
If the goal is just to make the day easier, I would start with one change and see how it feels for a week instead of trying to redo everything at once.
I usually think I can handle a huge reset, but by the second day I end up missing small habits that were actually useful.
That is why I like testing one routine, checking what gets in the way, and adjusting after that.
I also find that writing down a short list helps more than keeping it in my head, especially when I am distracted mid-sentence by 2sRGJM2RjVXU some other task and forget what I intended to do.
If you want, send me the two options you are considering and I can tell you which one seems easier to stick with.

I meant to reply sooner, but I kept stepping away from my desk and losing my train of thought.
About the weekend, I think the earlier start makes the most sense because afternoons have been getting crowded, and I always feel better when the main errand is done before lunch.
If the weather is cooperative, we could also leave a little extra time to walk around afterward instead of rushing straight home.
I have learned that if I do not plan a small buffer, something tiny throws off the whole schedule and then the day feels messy for no real reason.
Also, if you are still undecided, I do not mind making the first call or checking the details myself since 2sRGJM2RjVXU that would save a few back-and-forth messages later.
Just let me know what feels easiest, and I will adjust on my side without any trouble.
