Yeah I totally get what you mean about the project timeline shifting again. We've been going back and forth with the vendor on those specs for weeks now and every time we think it's locked in someone finds another edge case. Honestly I think we should just ship the core module first and iterate from there because waiting for perfection is killing our momentum. I replied to Sarah's thread yesterday afternoon with a few notes on the QA checklist and she seemed to agree with the approach. Let me know if you want me to loop in the design team early next week so we can align on the mockups before the next sprint review. I'd rather catch inconsistencies now than during the final review when everything is supposedly "done." The dev environment has been stable for about three days straight so fingers crossed we can actually get some real testing done this time without the usual late-stage surprises.
Also I checked the meeting scheduler and Tuesday morning looks open if you want to do a quick sync before standup. I can prep a short slide with the current milestones so everyone sees the same picture. Let me know if that works for you.

Oh hey I finally got around to reading that article you sent about the local farmers market expansion and honestly it's such a cool idea to have the winter pop-up in the old train depot building. I remember walking past that place last fall and thinking someone should do something with it. The whole community garden partnership they're proposing sounds like it could actually work if they get the zoning right. I talked to a friend who volunteers at the community center and she said they've been looking for a central spot to host the weekend workshops so this might be exactly what they need. I'm thinking about reaching out to the organizer just to see if they need extra hands setting up stalls or helping with the signage. Let me know if you want to come along — I think they meet Thursday evenings at the library.
Also I tried that sourdough starter recipe you mentioned and it turned out way better than I expected. The first loaf was a little flat but the second one actually had a decent crumb and the crust was perfect. I added a bit of rosemary and sea salt on top and it smelled incredible. You'll have to come taste the next one.
