rty people comfortably and there is a small kitchen area if we need coffee =
or water. I will bring the printed handouts and a copy of the agenda for ev=
eryone. Let me know if you need me to prepare any additional materials or i=
f the start time needs to shift earlier. I also checked parking and there i=
s a lot adjacent to the building with plenty of spaces. The entrance is on =
the north side and the room is on the second floor near the stairwell. I ca=
n arrive thirty minutes early to set up and make sure everything is ready. =

e room layout should be adjusted.

most of what we discussed but I think we should add a few boxes of permane=
nt markers and a ream of cardstock for the project next month. I can submit=
the updated request by Wednesday if you want to review the list before it =
goes to purchasing. The new filing system you implemented is working well a=
nd the team seems comfortable with the layout. I did notice one of the cabi=
net drawers jams a little when fully extended but that may just need a quic=
k adjustment. Let me know if you want me to coordinate with maintenance or =
if you prefer to handle it directly. I also finished sorting the archived r=
ecords from last year and labeled each box with the date range and departme=
nt code. They are stored on the top shelves in the back room and a master i=
ndex is on the shared drive under the same folder name we used before. If a=
