Hey, about the team meeting next week, I was thinking we should move it to Wednesday instead of Tuesday. The conference room is already booked for Tuesday by the finance group for their quarterly review. Wednesday at 11 AM works for everyone I've checked with so far. So for the garden project, I finally decided on the plants. I'm going with lavender along the walkway and some hardy perennials for the main bed. The soil test came back, and we need to add some compost before planting. The delivery for that is scheduled for Friday morning. I also found those decorative stones we talked about at a different supplier for a better price. The weekend weather looks promising, so I plan to start the prep work on Saturday. Do you think you could borrow that tiller from your neighbor again? I'll return it Sunday evening. I've sketched out the layout to maximize sun exposure for the vegetables. We should have plenty of tomatoes and peppers if all goes well. The irrigation system is the next big step, but I want to get the plants in the ground first. Let me know if you have any thoughts on the layout. I can send over the sketch later today. Also, have you seen the new community composting bins? They're located at the recreation center. It might be a good resource for later in the season. I'm trying to be more mindful of water usage this year, so I'm looking into mulch options.
