I was just thinking about that trip we talked about last month. Honestly I think the fall would be a better time to go because the weather is usually milder and the crowds are smaller. I checked some of those sites you mentioned and found a few really nice options that might work for us. We should probably book something soon if we want to get a decent rate. So I finally tried making that pasta dish from scratch like you showed me last time. It took forever but honestly it turned out pretty decent. I messed up the sauce a little bit though it was a bit too salty. Next time I'll use less of that parmesan. The fresh pasta was actually way easier to make than I expected. I think I'll try the ravioli version next weekend. I've been looking at a few different filling options and I'm torn between the mushroom and the spinach ricotta. Maybe I'll just do both.
