Regarding your question about the lawn care schedule, I usually water every other day early in the morning before the sun gets too intense. I also applied a slow-release fertilizer a few weeks ago and it seems to be helping the grass fill in nicely. I noticed some clover starting to pop up, so I'll probably spot-treat that this weekend. What zone are you in? The timing might vary depending on your weather pattern. Just make sure not to cut it too short during the hotter months.
