So we're planning to start from the lower parking lot at 5:30 AM. Bring at least three liters of water per person and plenty of snacks like trail mix and dried fruit. The rocky sections are steep, so sturdy boots are a must. I'll bring the portable stove for coffee at the top. We should also check for park alerts the night before - sometimes they close sections after heavy rain. Weather looks good next Saturday; partly cloudy and mid-70s. If you want, we can carpool from the metro station. Let me know if you need any gear, I have an extra daypack.
