Walmart Rewards Reminder

I looked over the draft this morning and I think the shorter version reads much better.
It feels easier to follow, and the main point shows up faster without sounding abrupt.
I would keep the second paragraph because it gives a little context, but I would trim the final lines since they circle back to the same idea.
I also noticed the tone lands better when the sentences stay plain and direct.
For the timing, tomorrow afternoon works well for me, and I can send notes before then if that helps.
I am still waiting on one detail from the other person, though it should be simple once it comes through.
If you want, I can also rewrite the opening so it sounds warmer and less formal.
That part only needs a light pass, not a full rebuild, and it could make the whole message feel more natural.

I finally had time to sort through the notes, and the overall plan seems clearer now.
The first option still feels a bit too busy to me, mostly because there are too many small decisions packed together.
I think the best move is to simplify the sequence and focus on what needs to happen first.
After that, the rest can follow without much trouble.
I can put everything in one shared file tonight so it is easier to review in one place.
That should save a lot of back and forth and make the next round quicker.
I also agree that the timeline should stay flexible until we hear back from everyone involved.
No reason to lock anything too early.
If you send me the latest version, I will compare it with the earlier one and mark only the biggest differences, so the review does not become exhausting.
