Hi there, I was looking over the notes from yesterday afternoon and wanted =
to circle back on a few points before we move forward. The timeline for the=
community outreach schedule is still flexible on our end, though we should=
confirm the venue availability by midweek to hold the dates. I spoke with =
Janet about the signage order and she mentioned the proof should be ready b=
y Thursday morning for review. Also, the volunteer list is almost complete,=
just waiting on two confirmations from the afternoon shift team. Let me kn=
ow if you need me to follow up with anyone directly or if there are other t=
asks you want me to take over before the next check in. Happy to adjust as =
needed.

One more thing, I checked the supply inventory list and we are well stocked=
on most items, but the handouts for the information table will need to be =
printed closer to the date. I will coordinate with the print shop tomorrow =
to get a quote and turnaround time so we can plan accordingly. Just wanted =
to keep you in the loop.

I wanted to share a few thoughts on the garden layout plan we discussed las=
t week. After looking at the sunlight patterns in the backyard, I think mov=
ing the raised beds to the south side near the fence would give the tomatoe=
s and peppers the full day of light they need. The herbs can go along the e=
ast side where they will get morning sun and afternoon shade, which works w=
ell for basil and mint. I checked the soil pH in both spots and it is readi=
ng around 6.7, which should be fine for most of what we want to plant. If y=
ou want, I can pick up a bag of compost this weekend to mix in before we se=
t up the frames. Let me know what you think about the layout change and if =
you want to adjust any of the plant choices based on the revised sun exposu=
re. I think this setup will give us a better yield through the summer.
