FedEx Shipment Update
I meant to reply sooner, but the week got away from me and I kept thinking I would have a longer window to sit down. I did try that suggestion, and it helped more than I expected once I stopped overthinking it.
The first day felt awkward, then it became easier because I gave myself less time to judge whether I was doing it right. I also noticed that stepping away for even ten minutes made the whole afternoon feel more manageable.
If you are still deciding, I would keep it simple and choose the version that removes the most little decisions. That seems to be what makes the biggest difference for me lately.
I am around later this week if you want to compare notes, and I can also send over the short list I made for myself because it ended up being surprisingly useful.

I finally got to test that idea you mentioned, and I think the only reason it worked was because I stopped trying to perfect every part before starting.
Once I gave myself permission to do a rough version first, the rest came together much faster than usual. That also made it easier to notice which steps actually mattered and which ones were just habits I kept repeating.
I have been trying to leave more room in the day for those smaller adjustments instead of planning everything right down to the minute. It is not flashy, but it helps me stay steadier when something unexpected pops up.
If you are experimenting this week too, I would love to hear what felt easiest, because I am still learning which routines are worth keeping and which ones only sound good on paper.
